Clinical Approach:
Following evaluation in the general surgery outpatient clinic, necessary tests are planned for patients with stomach and intestinal complaints; if deemed appropriate, procedures such as gastroscopy and colonoscopy are performed under anesthesia. During endoscopy, if a polyp is detected, polypectomy can be conducted in the same session.
In the context of breast health, post-examination mammography and breast ultrasound examinations can be completed on the same day, and core needle biopsy procedures are planned if necessary. Based on diagnostic results, options for breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy, and reconstructive surgery in conjunction with plastic surgery are considered as needed.
Surgical and laser methods are applied to anorectal diseases, while open, closed, and laser techniques are utilized in pilonidal sinus cases. Surgeries for gallbladder, appendicitis, hernia, thyroid, and soft tissue are performed using appropriate surgical methods based on patient needs.
