Prof. Dr. Havva Belma Koçer is a general surgery specialist with national and international academic and clinical experience in breast and endocrine surgery. With an approach that balances education, research, and clinical practice, she continues her work on breast diseases, breast cancer surgery, and endocrine surgery in accordance with current scientific guidelines.

She has served for many years as a faculty member and department head at Sakarya University School of Medicine, playing an active role in numerous academic studies and scientific organizations.
