COMMITTEES
The committees defined within the scope of healthcare quality standards conduct their activities under the coordination of the Quality Management Officer. The qualifications and number of individuals participating in the committees are determined by management, taking into account the size of the area where services are offered and the diversity of the services. At least one member of management is present in each committee. The roles, responsibilities, and authority areas of committee members are defined. They determine the necessary training activities related to their area of responsibility. They may organize meetings at regular intervals and as needed, as specified in the working instructions for the purpose of reviewing activities and initiate corrective-preventive actions when necessary, while monitoring the results of incident reporting analyses and developments related to the activities performed.

They may organize meetings at regular intervals and as needed, as delineated in the working instructions for the purpose of reviewing activities, and may initiate corrective-preventive actions as needed, monitoring the results of incident reporting analyses and developments related to the activities performed.
