Anesthesia And Reanimation

Anesthesia is a crucial component of the surgical procedure. It involves use of medicinal agents to sedate the patient’s body, blocking the sensation of pain to allow a safe and robust procedure.

A type of anesthesia suitable for the patient is selected, taking account of the degree of pain involved before and after surgery.

GENERAL ANESTHESIA

It involves complete mechanization of the patient’s respiratory process.

REGIONAL ANESTHESIA

It is also known as local anesthesia, involving anesthesia specifically of the operated area.

  • Spinal Anesthesia: Involves anesthetization by injection of an anesthetic agent into the spinal membrane through the vertebrae in the lumbar region.
  • Epidural Anesthesia: The anesthetic agent is injected in the back or lower back region, again between the vertebrae using a very thin tube (catheter) applied through the spinal membrane.
  • Neural Blockade: It is frequently used in arm and leg surgery.
  • Princess Birth

Our unit also provides pain relief services.

  • Ozone Therapy
  • Mesotherapy
  • Cupping Therapy
  • PRP
  • Epidural Injection
  • Back and neck hernia
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Articular pain

OZONE THERAPY

It is a special gas, made of O3 (Ozone), which reacts with the blood to stimulate specific precursors.

Ozone therapy is indicated for the treatment of:

  • Infectious disease (e.g. influenza, cold sores, zona zoster)
  • Open injuries
  • COPD / Asthma
  • Allergies
  • Migraine
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Immunity reinforcement
  • Antioxidant
  • Diabetes mellitus
  • Articular pain
  • Back and neck hernias
  • Skin problems

and various other conditions using customized dosages for individual patients.

HOW IS OZONE THERAPY ADMINISTERED?

Ozone therapy involves removing blood from the patient into a special glass container, reacting it with ozone, and transfusing it back to the patient.

Although the dosage of ozone therapy is customized for individual patients, it is usually administered in 2 sessions weekly for a total of 10 to 12 sessions.
