Duties of Quality Management Unit
Quality Management Unit must,
- provide the coordination of the studies conducted within the Quality Standards in Health Care
- follow the corporate aim and target oriented studies.
- manage the self-assessment.
- manage the processes relating to undesired case notification system
- manage the processes relating to risk management.
- manage the studies (survey applications, assessment of the survey results, enhancement studies according to the survey results) relating to measurement of the patient experience and personnel feedback surveys.
- provide management of Documents within Quality Standards in Health Care.
- Manage the processes relating to the quality indicators.
- Participate in the committees that were identified within Quality Standards in Health Care as member.
