At Private Beyhekim Hospital, we are committed to ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of both our patients and visitors. Please observe the following rules:
- No visitors are allowed in the hospital due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hospital to ensure patient wellbeing.
- No foods or drinks from the outside is allowed into the hospital, except when specifically authorized by the physician or nurse in charge on a case-by-case basis.
- Only one companion may stay with a patient. Any exceptions for a second companion to stay are subject to authorization by the physician in charge on a case-by-case basis.
- During hospital stay, patients are advised to entrust their valuables to a relative for safekeeping.
- Be sure to have on you a photographed ID (i.e. a valid identification card or driver license) and your institutional certificate, as both are required for patient admission and other procedures.
- Contact your nurse for questions or concerns regarding hospital operations or procedures.
- Please share with us your views, suggestions and any complaints regarding our services, by contacting our Patient Rights Unit or dropping a note in the Suggestions Boxes located across the premises.
- Your room number is also the telephone extension. You may receive and make calls through the reception desk.
- Please take care to turn off unnecessary lights and faucets.
- 11. Please take care when using the items provided for your comfort in the rooms. Do not relocate or remove any items unless specifically authorized by hospital personnel.
- Please contact hospital personnel for assistance with the air conditioner control panels located inside rooms and hallways.
- 13. Do not hang laundry items to dry at hospital windows or rooms, and do not litter.
- Do not bring in and use electrical appliances, such as electric kettles or blow driers (mobile telephone charging devices are exempted).
- 15. Do not bring in and use any third-party TV remote controllers, other than the one provided by ward personnel.
